Every price is worked out the same way and shown in full before you book. Transfers include the first 15 km; after that it’s a set rate per kilometre.

How is my price calculated?
Transfers start at the vehicle’s base fare, which covers the first 15 km, plus a per-kilometre rate after that. Hourly bookings are charged by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. Night, public-holiday and New Year’s Eve rates are shown before you book.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Follow the meeting instructions in your booking confirmation. Airport access rules differ by terminal. The Meet & Greet name sign (AUD 35) is added to every airport pickup and shown in your price.
Can I add child seats?
Yes, on any transfer or hourly booking: baby seats for 0–3 years and child seats or boosters for 3–6 years, AUD 25 each. Sedans take up to 2 and people movers up to 3.
Are road tolls included?
Yes. We plan the fastest road route and add the tolls it uses (for example the M5 East, Eastern Distributor or CityLink) at the toll operator’s car price, as a separate line in your price. Tolls are never multiplied by night or holiday rates, and promo codes come off the fare, not the tolls.
How long will my driver wait?
Waiting is free for 60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes everywhere else.
How do I pay?
You pay your driver on the day of travel.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 50% within 24 hours, 100% within 2 hours or no-show.
How do I check my booking?
Open the private link in your confirmation email. It shows your trip, the price breakdown and payment status, and lets you add the ride to your calendar.
I have a promo code from a partner.
Enter it in the last step. The discount comes off your fare and extras (road tolls are passed on at cost) and the partner is credited for the booking.
Can I book for later today?
Yes, as long as pickup is at least 2 hours away. That gives us time to assign your driver and vehicle.
